The Nectarine Panini is light, fruity, and downright delish with fresh sliced nectarines, prosciutto americano, and a generous helping of thick, creamy Jersey ricotta cheese. The sourdough bread sandwich is topped off with citrus dressing-tossed arugula before its ride in the panini machine then served up hot and melty. The Heirloom Panzanella Salad is made with beautiful heirloom tomatoes from Tenbrink Farms. Fresh mozzarella is added to the tomatoes, along with sourdough bread pieces, capers, and fresh basil, then placed upon fresh balsamic and oil-tossed mixed greens. It's a seasonal steal at only $11.
